Registration Fee

How to Pay

In order to participate in the activities of 5th ICARBSS 2018, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Presenters may register up to two papers and pay registration full fee according to fee details. Presenters registration payment must be made by 01st June, 2018 (Early Bird Registration Fee) or 01st August 2018 (Late Registration Fee); otherwise your paper will not be included in the conference.

ICARBSS 2018 finance division will protect your personal information. We will not sell or reallocate your information to anyone.

Presenter cannot deduct any transfer fee from the registration fee and if you do this, your registration will remain incomplete until you pay us the full amount for registration.

After performing the Bank Deposit / Atm Transfer / Online Transfer / Cheque / Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Draft, please email a copy of the transaction to us at for record management. All bank charges are to be borne by the participant. Please include your Paper ID, which is written on your acceptance letter, as reference when communicating.

Presenters would have the option of making the payment through PayPal / Credit Card / Debit Card. A 5% VAT will be charged on top of the conference fee and the 5% amount will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to . Cancellations received by ICARBSS 2018 on or before 15th May, 2018 are entitled to a full refund of registration and event fees. Cancellations received 16th May, 2018 to 31st May, 2018 will be subject to a $200 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after 31st May, 2018. Substitutions are allowed with the written authorization of the registrant who is unable to attend. Send an email to by 01st September, 2018 or bring a signed letter to the onsite registration counter, along with a new completed registration form.

ICARBSS 2018 reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. No liability is assumed by ICARBSS 2018 for changes in program, date, content, speakers or venue. A soft copy of receipt will be issued after confirmation of payment. Should a hard copy receipt for any mode of payment be required, please contact with a copy of proof of payment. Issuance of hard copy receipts will be sent by ordinary mail only, or to be collected during the conference.
